संजय उवाच स केशवस्य बीभत्सुः श्रुत्वा भारत भाषितम् विशोकः संप्रहृष्टश्च क्षणेन समपद्यत
M. N. Dutt: Sanjaya said Hearing, O Bharata, these (reassuring) words of Keshava, Vibhatsu, instantly shaking off his sorrowful countenance, took heart again.
ततो ज्यामनुमृज्याशु व्याक्षिपद्गाण्डिवं धनुः दध्रे कर्णविनाशाय केशवं चाभ्यभाषत
M. N. Dutt: And grating his bowstring and stretching it at length, he took hold of his Gandiva with a view to make away with Karna and addressing Keshava, thus expressed himself.
